Since beginning my career as a Postpartum Doula, I have supported dozens of families get the maximum sleep possible in the fourth trimester. As their babies grow and change, for most parents, the list of questions they have in regards to their children’s sleep habits grows. While there is no shortage of books, websites, podcasts, and social media accounts sharing information about sleep-most parents don’t have the time or energy to dissect it all, and decide which advice is best for their family. It can be overwhelming!
As a mother of seven children, I understand the importance of restful sleep for children and parents. I am passionate about helping families achieve healthy, consistent sleep for their children, and themselves.
I work one-on-one with families to help them create a plan tailored to their child. As a certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, I have expertise in infant and toddler sleep habits, and can help troubleshoot the reasons for the sleep struggles-whether it’s over-tiredness, overstimulation, inability to self-soothe, physical discomfort, uncomfortable sleeping conditions, hunger, or growth spurts, we will get your child (and YOU) sleeping better!
