Postpartum Doula Services

As your Postpartum doula, I will come to your home and help ease the transition to motherhood by providing physical, informational, emotional, and non-judgemental support after the birth of your baby. I am another person, woman, and mother-sitting alongside you providing warmth, empathy, and undivided attention by sharing my skills and knowledge with you. I will help you with baby care, rest for you and your partner, light housekeeping, breastfeeding and so much more. I will encourage you, and provide education and connection so that you feel empowered during your fourth trimester and beyond.

Support Includes

  • Creating a routine that helps you and your new baby thrive
  • Providing education with baby care
  • Supporting you with breastfeeding, pumping or bottle-feeding
  • Giving emotional support
  • Maximizing baby and your sleep
  • Nursery organization
  • Help with sibling’s adjustment
  • Preparing nourishing snacks and meals
  • Offering light housework(washing bottles and pump parts, dishes, laundry)
  • Unlimited support via text, call and email throughout the package
  • Providing resources, referrals, and information
  • Overnight care-geared towards your family’s specific needs and goals for feeding and sleep.
  • Making sure you are staying hydrated, and time for yourself and/or with your partner or older children
  • Post-birth processing

Additional Information

  • A daytime shift is 4hrs. An overnight shift is 8-10 hours.
  • A 50% non-refundable retainer is due when you sign your contract.
  • The remaining balance is due before the final week of support.
  • Support should be flexible and tailored to meet your needs. Therefore, customizable care packages are available upon request.
